TRACKING PIXELS IN OUR EMAILS

Our marketing emails may contain a tracking pixel—a very small, invisible image that loads when you open a message. This feature allows us to know whether an email has been opened, when it was opened, and from what type of device or email client.

Purposes. We use this information to measure the performance of our campaigns, adjust the frequency and relevance of our mailings, and improve the content we send you.

Data processed. In this context, we may process your email address, the date and time you accessed the site, as well as technical data such as your IP address, device type, and email client.

Legal basis. This tracking is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your choices. You can opt out of having the opening of our emails tracked at any time, easily and free of charge, through our preferences management page, which is accessible via the link included in our emails. Your opt-out will not affect your receipt of our communications or your subscription to our newsletter, which are managed separately. You can also email us at contact@pers-skincare.com.

Service Provider. The technical management of our email campaigns and related tracking is handled by our email marketing service provider, Klaviyo, acting on our behalf. We remain responsible for the processing.

DO NOT FOLLOW

Please note that we do not change our Website’s data collection and usage practices when we detect a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser. Specifically regarding the tracking of email opens, you have a specific right to object, as described in the “Tracking Pixels in Our Emails” section above.
