CONTEST RULES: A TRIP TO SAINT-TROPEZ

Article 1: Organization of the Game

PROTOCOL SAS, a company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 915307201, with its principal place of business located at 39 rue de la Gare de Reuilly, 75012 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary titled “A Trip to Saint-Tropez” (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”). The Contest will begin on October 26, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. and end on November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).

Participation in the Contest implies that participants unconditionally accept these rules in their entirety (hereinafter “the Rules”).

Article 2: Participants

The Contest is open to all individuals who are of legal age on the date of their participation and who reside in one of the countries where PERS delivers its products (hereinafter “Participants”).

Persons who have been involved in organizing the Contest, as well as their immediate family members, employees of the Organizer, Hotel La Ponche, the Organizer’s subcontractors, and its affiliates, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Article 3: Principles and Rules of the Game

The Contest is free and requires no purchase. Each Participant may accumulate chances to win according to the terms described below. Each chance corresponds to one entry into the drawing. All chances earned by a single Participant are linked to that Participant’s email address.

3.1 Free registration (1 entry)

Any Participant may enter the Contest free of charge during its duration by filling out the entry form available at www.pers-skincare.com/pages/pers-a-3-ans. Participants must provide their first name and email address, certify that they are 18 years of age or older, and agree to these Rules. The Instagram and WhatsApp fields are optional.

Entry entitles you to one (1) chance to win. Only one entry per person and per email address will be accepted: multiple entries using the same email address will not result in additional chances to win.

Signing up for PERS emails and WhatsApp messages, as offered in the form, is optional and is not a requirement for participation. It has no effect on your chances of winning.

3.2 Ordering on the Website (3 chances per order)

Each order confirmed and paid for on the website www.pers-skincare.com between October 26, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. and November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time) entitles the Participant to three (3) chances to win, regardless of whether the Participant has registered for the Contest. A single Participant may accumulate chances by placing multiple separate orders.

The chances associated with orders are linked to the email address used when placing the order. To combine these chances with those earned through other methods, participants are encouraged to register using the same email address.

Orders placed outside the Contest period—whether with retailers, at physical retail locations, or at the PERS wellness center—will not be considered. Orders that have been canceled, refunded, or returned in full do not qualify for any chances to win.

3.3 Instagram Comment (1 entry)

Any Participant can earn one (1) entry by commenting on the post dedicated to the Contest on the @persskincare Instagram account during the Contest period and tagging a friend or family member in the comment. This entry is limited to one (1) per Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments posted.

To ensure that this entry is combined with the participant’s other entries, the participant is asked to enter their Instagram username on the registration form. Comments that are offensive, discriminatory, or violate Instagram’s Terms of Use, or that are posted from an account created specifically for this contest, will not be considered.

The Contest is not organized, sponsored, or administered by Instagram or Meta, which shall not be held liable for its conduct.

3.4 Referral Program (1 chance per registered friend, up to 5)

After signing up, each Participant receives a personal link that they can share with their friends and family. Each new person who registers for the Contest using this link—with a valid email address that has not yet been registered—gives the Participant who shared the link one (1) additional chance, up to a maximum of five (5) additional chances per Participant.

The person who registers using the link is eligible for their own entry, subject to the terms of Section 3.1. Entries submitted using fictitious or temporary email addresses, or email addresses belonging to the Participant themselves, will not be considered.

3.5 Invalid Entries

Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, submitted automatically, or does not comply with the above conditions will be considered void. In the event of proven fraud, the Organizer reserves the right to void all chances of the Participant in question.

Article 4: Selection of the Winner

At the end of the Contest, a random drawing will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (Paris time) from among all valid entries. Each entry counts as one entry in the drawing: the more entries a Participant accumulates, the higher their chance of being selected. Only one (1) winner will be selected.

The winner will be contacted by PERS via the email address or phone number provided during registration or when placing an order, within 7 days of the drawing. PERS will never ask the winner for bank account information or payment in order to receive their prize.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of receiving the message. If no response is received within this time frame, the prize may be awarded to another participant selected at random.

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event that incorrect or incomplete contact information prevents the prize from being delivered.

Article 5: Prize and Conditions of the Prize

Any stay not taken by October 31, 2027, for any reason whatsoever, is permanently forfeited and will not be eligible for any compensation.

5.3 General Terms and Conditions of the Lot

The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash or any other goods or services. The winner is free to choose who accompanies them. The stay is subject to the general terms and conditions and the house rules of the Hotel La Ponche.

In the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equivalent nature and value.

Article 6: Amendments to the Rules and the Organizer’s Liability

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the Contest as necessary, and to make any decision it deems appropriate for the application and interpretation of the Rules, provided that it notifies the Participants.

Article 7: Privacy and Personal Data

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation, the personal data collected by the Organizer for the purpose of managing entries and selecting the winner will be retained for a period of 3 (three) years. The data of Participants who have agreed to receive emails or WhatsApp messages from PERS is also used for these communications. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each message.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection, and erasure by contacting PERS at the following address: contact@pers-skincare.com

For more information, Participants may review PERS's Privacy Policy.

Article 8: Access to the Rules

The Regulations are available on the PERS website at the following address: https://www.pers-skincare.com/pages/3-ans

Article 9: Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Contest implies the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of these Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of the provisions of these Rules, as well as in all cases of unforeseen difficulties, the Organizer shall resolve the dispute.

If one or more provisions of these Rules are declared null and void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any matters not covered by these Rules shall be decided by the Organizer, whose decisions shall be final.

Article 10: Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of an Internet network malfunction that prevents access to the Contest or its proper conduct, including, but not limited to, any acts of external malice, interruptions, network incidents, or technical incidents.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any errors in the information provided by the Participant. In particular, the Organizer urges Participants to verify that the email address and phone number provided during registration or when placing an order are correct and up to date.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind (personal, physical, property, financial, or otherwise) arising from a Participant’s participation in the Contest or from the enjoyment of the prize, particularly during the trip.

Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising in connection with the Game will be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Paris Judicial Court.
