Marie Courroy, tips from a PERS enthusiast

What's your skincare routine at the moment?

In the morning, I start with a spray towake up my skin, followed by an eye contour cream. Then I apply PERS Vitamin C Serum 10%, followed by a day cream. Each gesture is accompanied by gentle massages that wake me up and give me a real moment to myself.

In the evening, after a good make-up removal, I alternate between a My Blend or Lightinderm LED mask. Then I use PERS Retinol Serum 0.3% one evening and PERS Rich Cream the other. Here again, massaging around the eyes to stimulate lymph is a must. With this routine, I fall asleep like a baby!

What are your essential well-being rituals?

For Marie, there's nothing more important than a good, restorative sleep: "Sleep, really good sleep, is the key." She also shares her love of LED masks, which relax her instantly, as well as her immutable ritual: "I never go to bed without removing my make-up or brushing my teeth. It's my secret for a top-notch next day!"

Do you have a beauty or well-being tip to share with us?

Marie loves anything that boosts skin radiance, like L'Oréal's "Lumi Lotion" product, which she highly recommends for its value for money. Her other express tip: a red lipstick to awaken even the most tired of faces!
